"Feels decent... but I expected a little more"
The material is soft and mostly feels like what I was expecting... just not totally perfect. Some areas feel really nice, but other spots are a bit tacky and I’ve had to use powder more often than I thought I would. The skin texture is okay, though it feels a little inconsistent in a few places. For the price, it’s not bad... just not amazing either. I’d say it’s average overall, definitely usable, but there’s room for improvement.

"Pretty close, even if not exact"
My doll was mostly what I chose, i don't think I'm being too picky here, but the makeup and eye color did look a little different from the pictures. It wasn't bad at all, just not quite the match I was expecting after customizing the details.

"The Mystery Box Arrived… Eventually"
I’ll give them this: the packaging was super discreet. Just a plain, private-looking box, no clues, no drama on the outside. The real suspense was the delivery time, because it took longer than I expected and I was definitely checking for updates like it was a season finale. But once it showed up, the privacy part was exactly what I hoped for.

"Shipping was average compared to others"
My order did show up and the tracking updated fine, so no real complaints there. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, it wasn’t especially fast, but it also wasn’t the worst. Overall, average shipping experience.

"Not what I expected from the photos"
When it arrived, I was disappointed. The face just looked kind of off, and the skin had this shiny look that made it feel really unrealistic. I kept going back to the photos online thinking maybe I was remembering it wrong, but no, it really doesn’t look like them at all.

"I’m not totally sure what I was..."
I’m not totally sure what I was expecting, but for the price, it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. Seems like you could probably find something similar for less.

"Helpful support, just needed a little back and forth"
I reached out to Betterlovedoll support with a question about my order, and I was happy they got back to me quickly. It wasn’t an instant reply, and it did take one extra message to fully sort things out, which was a little inconvenient. But overall, they explained everything clearly and even followed up afterward, so I’d give them 4 stars.
